INTRODUCTION
Please find below certain information that we at Moon Kissed Dollz want to make sure is available to explain some of our important policies or procedures that may or may not be repeated in other areas of this web site. We want to make sure that they are not ‘lost in the weeds’ of other, larger documents and are available to explain some of our operations.
PRODUCTS
Please remember that our products are NOT toys. They should be kept away from children as they can pose choaking hazards and are not made to be played with.
Because of the genre and themes portrayed by our products, they are best suited for adults and parental discretion is encouraged and/or advised for children under 15.

Some of our products have special features that are noted in the item's description page. The products can have just one feature or a combination of several of them. These features are defined as:
- MUSICAL: The product with a built-in music box plays a specific tune or familiar melody. The music will play with the use of a turnkey, a pull cord, or may have a power box that require batteries.
- ILLUMINATION: The product has a light and/or string of lights or fiberoptics that are installed into an area of the item. The lights will turn on with the use of batteries or a power cord, depending on the item.
- ANIMATION: The product's body and/or arms have motion. The item will move with either the use of a turnkey, batteries, a pull cord, or a power cord, depending on the item.
We purchase the original items and carefully 're-vamp' them into the products that you see today. We will not sell our products if they are broken or any special features do not work. Please remember that these were pre-owned items that were in good condition and or final products are sold as-is with no warranty.
IMAGERY
The images on our website depict dark and macabre subject matter. consider any sensitivities to such content.
There may be videos posted on the web site that have flashing or rhythmic sequences. If you have medical, physical, or mental conditions that are affected by such conditions, please refrain from viewing this content.
The colors and clarity of images on the web site may slightly differ from the actual products due to the customers' computer and monitor settings.
WEB SITE AND PRODUCT ACCESS
Our web store is open for customers to always enjoy our creations.
If, at any time our site is down, we will have a message as to why and the expected date and/or time that it will be back on-line again.
Please know that we do not reserve stock when an item has been left in a customer's shopping cart or during the early checkout stages. Another customer can purchase the item until the transaction process has been completed. If this unlikely occurrence happens, you will be notified with a message that the item has been sold.
EVENT OUTAGES
Because we also sell at local markets and conventions, we do not want to have an impact on a customer that wants to purchase one of our products while we have it at one of our events. Having this in mind, we will close our on-line shop the day before the event and open it back up again the day after returning.
During any time of this outage, we will not be processing any sales that come in immediately prior to our event until we get back. Any products sold prior to the web store outage will be honored and we will be happy to process them upon our return from the event.

MAINTENANCE OUTAGES
There may be times that we cannot help but to take down the on-line store for maintenance or product and policy updates. These periods will be kept to a minimum as most updates can be done in real-time, but issues DO occur where we may need to be more impactful.
TAXES
Moon Kissed Dollz will be required to submit sales tax to the Florida IRS but will not be required to do so in other states unless we physically attend an event in that state. Because of these requirements, we will not charge sales tax for online sales in states outside of Florida.
