Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moon Kissed Dollz! 

All orders are processed and shipped subject to the terms set out below.  Please be advised that policies can change and to ensure that you review this document for the most up-to-date information.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Please allow up to two (2) business days for orders to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or major US holidays.
  • Periods of Unavailability: There may be periods of time that the store will be closed.  During those situations, reasonable notice will be given on our web site and through social and/or email notices. The shop will be temporarily closed and all orders submitted prior to the closure will be processed the next business day after reopening.
  • Delays: There may be circumstances beyond our control.  In the case of these unforeseen situations, customers that have placed orders that are affected by these delays will be notified via social media or email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Moon Kissed Dollz offer free shipping on all domestic and military orders.  All orders will be sent using USPS Ground Advantage services.

Due to our products being fragile and intricate, each item will be boxed separately for shipping.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Moon Kissed Dollz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as every effort is made to ensure that your products get to you safely.  If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.  Please see our Return and Refund Policy and Important Information page for any further clarifications

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address before completing checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

5. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Military (APO/FPO) Addresses

Moon Kissed Dollz proudly ships to all 50 states and military locations. Because of geographic distance and routing requirements, shipments to non-continental and military addresses require specific handling and carrier guidelines.

A.      Alaska & Hawaii

·         Carriers: All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

·         Delivery Times: Please allow approximately 10 business days for delivery, as transit times are longer than standard continental shipping.

·         Shipping Rates: Moon Kissed Dollz will be honoring our free shipping policy for all packages to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

B.      Military & Diplomatic Mail (APO, FPO, DPO)

Moon Kissed Dollz fully supports our deployed service members and diplomatic personnel.

·         Shipping Rates: We will be honoring our free shipping policy for all packages to our military and diplomatic customers.  Thank you for your service!

·         Carriers: All military mail must be routed through the USPS Military and Diplomatic Mail system.

·         Addressing Format: To ensure your package is routed correctly, format the address as follows.  * The customer is to ensure the accuracy of the information included on the form.  If unsure as to what information to include, please verify with your local post office.

o    Address Line 1: PSC/Unit number.

o    Address Line 2: PO Box number.

o    City: Use APO, FPO, or DPO.

o    State: Use AA, AE, or AP.

o    Zip Code: Use the designated 5-digit zip code.

·         Customs Forms: We handle all required customs declaration forms on our end.

·         Delivery times can vary significantly and can typically add approximately 2 to 5 days to reach the military post.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will generally be active and updated within twenty-four (24) hours. Please refer to the USPS website for additional tracking information.

For APO/FPO orders, tracking updates may conclude once the package reaches the domestic military sorting facility.  

7. Restrictions

If any of our products require batteries, they will not be included to ensure adherence to USPS regulations.
