INTRODUCTION
At Moon Kissed Dollz, we make aesthetic changes to porcelain dolls. This includes modifying and dying clothing, applying paint and makeup to the porcelain, gluing and sewing hair into updos, attaching and applying accessories and gemstones, and offering interchangeable hats and clothing panels.
All work is done by hand, to include dying, painting, and all sewing. Because of this, we take extra care and apply love to everything that we do. We take every precaution to ensure the products are safe and durable, but there are some guidelines to point out for keeping your little creature last through the years.
CARE OF PRODUCTS
Handling
- Please handle with care as the dolls are breakable and fragile due to porcelain parts.
- Please do not drop or shake.
- When you pick up the doll, please remember that OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS.
- Our products are intended for all ages but are better suited for a mature audience. We would suggest that parental discretion is encouraged and/or advised for children under 15.
- Choking hazard may occur due to small parts that may come apart such as, but not limited to shoes, buttons, beads, nails, wire, elastic, string, ribbon, hair, eyes, or other small parts.
- Please avoid excessive handling due to possible transference of natural oils or dirt to your purchase.
- Please avoid excessive handling due to use of paint, glue, dye, and other natural stains.
Displaying
- Your product is intended for indoor use and display only.
- Please display or store in a safe space or room to ensure integrity of your purchase.
- Please keep in an upright position.
- Some of our products are meant to sit or lay down, but if the product is supposed to stand, please use the doll stand that is provided to you when purchased.
- Please be aware that the doll stand is made of metal and wire.
Cleaning
- Please remove dust with a soft brush.
- Do not wash the doll, clothes or other accessories.
- Please do not use or spray water, compressed air, or other cleaning products on items as this may cause discoloration on your purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Your purchases are not toys and are NOT applicable for small children.
2. Keep away from open flames.
3. Our products are handmade and/or hand-altered and therefore each doll is unique and non-replaceable and/or replicated.
4. We take time and effort to perfect our creations, but because our products are created by hand, imperfections may be visible.
